3. Our contract with you

• If we cannot accept your order, we will cancel it and you will not be charged.

5. Digital Content
• Digital downloads are delivered instantly after payment.
• By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that digital products become non-refundable once the download link is delivered.
• EU law (GDPR + Consumer Rights Directive) allows immediate digital delivery only when you consent to losing your right to cancel — you give that consent at checkout.
6. Physical Posters
• Posters are made-to-order.
• If your poster arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.
• Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
7. Refunds
Digital products:
All digital print purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
This includes downloadable posters, templates, and any files provided instantly after payment.
Physical posters:
Refunds or replacements are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
8. Price & payment
• Prices are shown on the day-1000.com product page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• If using instalment services (e.g., Klarna, if offered), your agreement is governed by their terms.
9. How we use your personal information
Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and in line with EU GDPR requirements.
10. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure
You acknowledge that the digital posters, designs, layouts, wording, artwork, and any downloadable content sold by Day-1000 are intellectual property of Day-1000.

• You must not make the files available to others, publish them online, or use them to create competing products.
• You may only use Day-1000 digital products for personal use and not for commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted in writing.
Any unauthorised sharing or duplication violates these terms.
11. Testimonials
If you publicly share a review or post content voluntarily featuring Day-1000 products, you grant Day-1000 a non-exclusive licence to repost or use it for promotional purposes. No compensation is provided.
12. Disclaimer
All guidance, motivational content, and product messaging offered by Day-1000 are general in nature. They do not guarantee results. Your outcomes depend on your own discipline, effort, and circumstances.
13. Transfer of rights
We may transfer our rights under these terms to another organisation.
You may not transfer your rights without our written permission.
